what Leanne have to say this time:
one word to describe this entire drama : dream.
everything that i see seems to be a dream. totally.from the glamorous outfits to the heaven-like shooting scenes, it makes me feel like getting rich again.this time, i really have to admit, i just get high throughout the time i am watching this drama. i just feel like watching it again! the osts are perfect, the casting is great and i don’t see major flaws in this drama except the fact that Joon-pyo (Lee Min-ho)’s curly hair always become straight with contact to water…..that’s so lame but i can overlook….story otherwise, erhemm…it’s the usual rich guy-poor girl story plus of course the nice guy love triangle but the unexpected was actually So I-jeong [Kim Beom] ‘s love story in this entire drama. i can say that his “crying techniques” make me want to cry to, i can feel the sadness emanating from him. Of course, when i watched the Boys over flowers special, i laughed when Kim Hyun-jeong actually remembered him as the Crying guy in the East of Eden, which i suddenly got the urge to watch… okay,i laughed a lot during the NG part when they show them at the end, it’s unbelievable.I am still laughing now when i am writing this review. It’s the must watch drama after…Goong and coffee prince i guess…i will be continuing watching Boys Over flowers from channel U , laughing as i remember each predictable scenes…Hope to see you watching!!!!!
review that was written in crunchyroll:
I can really say that Boys over flowers is a wonderful drama. That of course, is backed up by thousands or possibly millions of fans from all over the world. It's the usual love stories where there is always the third guy who loves the girl, in this case, Yin Ji Hoo(Kim Hyun Joong). I always tend to feel pity for this guy, not really knowing why. The cast and scenes for this drama have been the best that we can possibly imagine. There is best overseas scenes in the drama, coupled with 4 enchanting handsome guys and many other female characters that appeared throughout the drama, including Geum Jan Di (Koo Hye Sun) and Chu Ga Eul (Kim So Eun). OSts throughout the drama has been great, they were highly effective in changing the mood of the scene. Of course i nearly got a little annoyed by the fact that the ost " lucky" which i heard from Witch Yoo Hee was also in the OSTs.Later when i continued to watch the drama, i got over it and now i am used to thinking that that particular song now belongs to Boys over Flowers rather than Witch Yoo Hee. The storyline have no major flaws, though i tend to notice Goo Joon Pyo's hair (Lee Min Ho) became straight after contact with water. The unexpected development that i saw throughout the drama with So Yi Jung(Kim Bum) and Chu Ga Eul (Kim So Eun) also surprised me. Perhaps after all this developments the majority of the F4, i was somewhat disappointed that Song Woo Bin (Kim Joon) involvement with the entire drama. He doen't speak much, nor we know much about him either.Labels: korean drama
